During lockdown of 2020, the internet became indispensable source of inspiration through movie streaming.
Soaking up this source of stimuli, certain scenes caught my eye and I found myself reaching for my sketchbook and drawing the unfolding drama. Through catching these universal experiences, I realised I was reacting to what for many was the zeitgeist of 2020 and I was inadvertently reacting to the new norm, the monumental social change in a 16:9 ratio.⁠⁠
