A part of the hair and sun series. - Evocative of dream-like scenes and a sense of freedom, being part of the natural order. Who hasn't been on top of an exposed hill and felt that feeling as the wind whips around you.⁠

I love doing these studies, the first stage of a larger painting that has so much expressive intent and experiment. I use these to gauge but also try and create an artwork that's finished but not too finished as I like to leave questions unanswered.
